Who is Tony Montano? He is a good friend. He’s also a talented illustrator and graphic designer and when we talked about his online presence we were suprised that he didn't have a professional website to display his work.
At first Tony was attracted by the endless possibilities that flash could offer. When we went on the topic of site management and content updates, he realized the advantages of a Content Management System and we decided to go with an entirely custom Wordpress website.
Creating this online portfolio website was a creative challenge because we wanted it to be as original as Tony's art and at the same time give a very professional feel for potential recruiters. A "Hire Me" call-to-action button was implemented to lead people towards Tony's contact info.
After several concepts and many slider prototypes, we decided to move away from the conventional and implemented jQuery Masonry that gives a very unique experience to the visitor by being able to "sort" through artwork.
